Chocolate Mediant Making Class
Description
Before there was bark, there were mendiants, chocolate medallions studded with fruit & nuts. Learn about the evolution of consuming chocolate from a simple drink to the variety of bon bons we enjoy today while we make your own mendiants to take home & enjoy in this hands on experience.
Class runs from 1:30pm to 3:00pm
*Required minimum of 6 students for the class to run
