We’ll teach you the basic principles and purpose of meditation, including different ways of using meditation to find peace, internal guidance and satisfaction in your life, no matter what is going on around you. Once you take this class, you can expand your knowledge with other, more specialized meditation classes.
What to expect: This class is a combination of discussion and brief meditations to introduce you to the experience. Be prepared to sit for about an hour, with meditation portions occurring in a slightly darkened room.
